They use to be good before but then suspended my account for un acceptable reason, I was sending money but then I forget to etransfer the charge, that’s why I wonder why it tooks so long to send?then open my account realizing it has a better rate so I cancel my first transaction then I make a new one with better rate since my money hasn’t been sent, but then they ask me for more documents including bank account info( wich I’m not willing to give my bank account info ) and then my account is suspended?
note: I was in the Philippines by that time they should know that we spend money more than usual, I’m very disappointed with this company plus the customer service is always rude there
