[redacted] was on time and fixed the problem within 2.5 hrs of being there. He even went on my roof to get my son's soccer ball w his extended ladder. If you need a local electrician I would def call these guys.

My wife and I came home to find our lights flickering and areas of the house including our air conditioning was out. The ad said 45 mins. for service they were there in 35. I was very happy w the work and would refer them to friends or family that had any electrical issues. Very satisfied!!

The dispatcher was rude on the phone. The technicians arrived dressed in gym clothes. They used high pressure tactics and did not want to provide a written estimate. The technicians talked extremely fast and rattled off all types of work that needed to be done without clearly explaining why. Two of the technicians arrived in a personal car and another in a van.. Only the van technician was identified as a company employee and not dressed in gym clothes. That technician never talked or approached the house. The verbal estimate given by the technicians was $5800. he technicians would not take a credit card for $75 service charge despite their advertisement in the yellow pages that they would. Further, I was asked to make the check out to One hour Electric, LCC. One Hour Electric LCC has a Revdex.com rating of an F. Two other free WRITTEN estimates I received put the work between $1700 and $2200. I am very glad I did not go with this company.
