Contacted the customer twice and did not receive a response. A voicemail was provided for her awareness of the call. The store has also been contacted and the manager advised she was familiar with the incident. She stated the ASM that spoke with her did not accuse her of stealing. The ASM asked her...

was that her on the video surveillance, and after the customer responded that was not her, the customer was permitted to shop in the store. Ticket# [redacted], can be used as a reference.   After speaking with the customer, the issue is now resolved.

Review: On 8/**/13 I went to the Family Dollar Store at [redacted] ###-###-#### I spent 56.28 in product only to be pack in a white see through garbage bag. When ask how come my items were not pack in a family bag I was told they werent carrying large family dollar bags. Carry items be out the store and my bag busted open and damaged my items beyond use and refuse to refund or exchange damage items.On 8/**/13 I went back to the same location to repurchase some items in the amount of $27.93. Again were given a large clear garbage bag. When I ask again about large family dollar bags, I was told they dont provide family dollar bags to customer items.Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Other (requires explanation) I would a apology and refunded for damaged items from the busted garbage and better customer service from their employees.Spent $84.21 and asking for 42.00 for damage product that I had to purchase at another discount store.
