Review: on 05.**.14 tried to return 10 items with a receipt. clerk scanned all items and swiped credit card for a refund, when a refund receipt was printed amount was 5 TIMES less than what I have paid. Clerk said that seasonal items are refunded at lowest available price. I told him why didnt you tell me that you can't refund full amount so I would just take them back no refund needed. He said I cant do anything now. I asked for a [redacted] who said that he cant void this transaction and offered me to REPURCHASE them (totally crazy) I refused to sign return receipt as it was clear to me both of them were just not thinking clearly.1. clerk was suppose to advise me of a new price. FAILED2. store policy is to refund full amount paid with a receipt. REFUSEDDesired Settlement: refund and appology in writing from both clerks
