Review: On 02/2014, I purchased furniture from the above mentioned business, which was supposed to be deliver to me about 2 days later. The day item was to be delivered we had a heavy downpour of snow, so I understood that it was unable to be delivered that day. After the initial delivery date was postponed I started receiving several excuses on why items couldn't be delivered, I waited after a week my items had still not arrived and the manager was extremely rude about the situation sometimes even hanging the phone up on me. At that point I had had enough of everything and I called and told the manager I no longer was interested about the item. He insisted that there was nothing they could do because it was a final sale item and I can only get store credit back for what was purchased and not my hard earned money back. I've called several times to inquire about my money and I'm still not getting any answer from them.Desired Settlement: I no longer want their item as I have already purchased my furniture and never desire to do business there any longer.
