This store is still ignoring the fact a customer was sold 2 different shoe sizes. Thats not a good business that doesnt want to accept accountability. Also I'm sure has the other sized at their store which completes the pair of mixed match shoes I have.
I'm sure the store could have written the shoes off as a loss or even give me at least the correct pair to complete a match.
Also my apt # is [redacted]

Review: I was here in San Diego, Ca on my weekend vacation. I was visiting from Arizona. I took a walk and noticed a shop that sold shoes and clothes. I decided to go inside with my two grandchildren. We looked around and noticed some shoes we admired. I found two pair and got assistance with finding one pair. This is the pair of shoes I have a complaint with. I purchased this particular pair of shoes without checking the box making sure both shoes inside was the same size. I figured since I was assisted in the matter I didn't need to. The next day which was Saturday September 27th my granddaughter wore the sandals to a birthday party. When she took the shoes off she noticed they were two different sizes. One was a 6 and the other was a 8. The next day Sunday we went to return the shoes for a different size he claimed he couldnt do anything without a receipt. I scrambled through my purse and found it. Then he kept making excuses why he couldnt return the shoes. My cousin was with me who immediately interupted and said that was bad business if he didn't return the shoes. He immediately got upset and went to the counter to check the video to make sure the shoes was purchased from him which he had the receipt in his hand clearly stating the purchase was from his store. I started getting upset and so did we and his other co workers started using derogatory language towards us. I responded in the same manner. He tried to take the shoes back I purchased leaving me empty handed for something I purchased. I snatched my box leaving the store angry with two mix match shoes. All I wanted was the right size and two shoes the same. I originally wanted a 9 he said no way. The six upside down looked like a 9 so we are so totally disappointed with two mix match shoes. One 6 and One 8.Desired Settlement: I would like my shoes the right size or my money back. I dont feel comfortable going there anymore. Three men there very hostile.
