Family Discount Carpet & Furniture Cleaning

No show for appointment and no call or text to advise.
On April 13th 2015 I bought a [redacted] voucher for duct cleaning for $44.95 offered by Family Discount Carpet Cleaning, tel # 289 240 1740. I spoke with Tonia from Family Discount to book the appointment. It was decided on April 25 2015 at 9a. At 2pm on April 24th, 2015 Tonia called to confirm the appointment. She also tried to upsell me an additional sanitation service which cost $44.95. She was persistent with the upsell yet I refused politely. She said she would note the file that I had declined the sanitation. She then said the guys will text me by 9a when they are close to my house. On April 25th at 945a I called 289 2401740 to find out where these guys were as no call and not text was recv'd. I then went on to [redacted] and found reviews re: the same company detailing the exact same situation happening to other customers dating back to 2013. I guess my refusal of the sanitation service, [redacted] prompted them to not want to come clean my ducts. I strongly believe they are trying to get people to agree to the sanitation service to help cover the cost of the [redacted] deal.
I attempted to call Family Discount throughout the day and the calls obv went unanswered.
