would also be more than happy to discuss your concerns either by phone or in

We understand you are anxious to get this matter resolved. We are as well. Please allow us some time in resolving your issue. Dr. [redacted] of [redacted] previously did your dental work in 2014. Earlier this year Family Dental Health acquired his Dental practice. In doing so software programs were converted to our new system. We are in the process of pulling up the old software system to see the actual transactions that occurred on your ledger. An insurance payment of $1,175.00 for services in question were also involved. Professionally, morally and ethically we want to handle this in the best and quickest way. Which may require us to refund your Insurance company as well. We have tried contacting you by phone. Can you please confirm your phone number with us? You will hear from us no later than Friday August 29, 2015.
