Family Dental Group

In 2016 and 2017, I used this office for dental services by Dr. Rahim T, DDS, MS. Today, I called the business office and scheduled an appointment. From a return telephone call from this office, I find that Family Dental Group is no longer at this location or telephone number, but a different company, R3 Dental Group, who also happens to have my dental records from Family Dental Group. It seems to me this is at least UNETHICAL, but given my right to the privacy of my medical records, this may also be a CIVIL issue. Each of these offices currently have a different "location" at the same address, including suite number, at ***, *** the location of Family Dental Group *** In fact, Dr. Rahim T is listed on the staff at Family Dental Group. I also had a credit balance of $32.00 with Family Dental Group, which R3 Dental Group said is not something they have on the account.
