Family Comfort Carpet Cleaning

Stains were not removed thoroughly, the employee did a half fast job and charged extra (which he didn't report to his boss and pocketed the money)The carpets took over hours to dry (not 2, as advertised)When we contacted the owner for a refund, he would not grant it, often beating around the subject and telling us "God bless you"; this guy is a religious nut with terrible business ethicsCertain spots of the carpets dried hard (brittle) and the stench from the chemical in the water soap mixture is still lingering
