I have been very disappointed with the customer service provided by the school since we started the 2016-school year with them
I chose this particular homeschool facility with the belief that it would meet our needs and also provide a Christian education that we were looking for After enrolling into the online academy and paying all of the upfront fees, there were problems getting my daughter ready to start her lessons online due to the transcripts not being requested from her old school After this was finally resolved, she started on her lessons I elected to pay the $fee each month for teacher support instead of being the teacher myself This is for the teachers help and for them to grade and unblock lessons whenever they are blocked It has been an ongoing issue with lessons being blocked and my daughter will request for these to be unblocked but they are never unblocked in a timely manner which puts her behind on her lessons And there have been delays in certa
