I am writing in reference to claim ID ***I have spoken to the customer's aunt, who's number was listed as the primary number on the complaintShe stated that she did not know that her niece received two mattresses from me and would have never advised *** to submit a complaint if she was aware of thatCustomer (the aunt) was satisfied and understood that *** tested the mattress she received and watched as the driver loaded the same mattress she tested out inside the store, onto the truckShe also understands that I cannot return the mattresses because *** took the plastic off both mattresses and I cannot sell a mattress without plastic wrapping.
Please advise if there are any further issuesAlso, please excuse the late responseI did follow up with the customer immediately after receiving the complaint but have not had a chance to respond to the Revdex.com as I have been on vacation
