Customer entered into agreement with S&G to install floors and we began install on 9/20/9/23/16- I inspect job due to dust complaints, installers stop working at customer request, paid to have cleaning service clean home ($246.00)9/30/16- Customer reschedules to continue install for
10/4-10/10/4/16- I Walked job with customer and installer, all parties agree to move forward with installI Apply a credit aganist the customers balance remaining for cleaning HVAC unit, repair to alarm system, and lost time and inconvenienceAlso, I waive cost of purchase and install of new baseboards and cost of floor prep in kitchen, bath, laundry room ( more than $in credits)this is evidenced in the copy of receipt customer attached to his complaint10/5- Customer rejects the selected product, I instruct him to re-select if he does not like materialInstaller pulled off of job due to material rejection by customer, instructed to remove any material installed (approx 90sf)customer fails to reselect material or contact store10/14/16- Customer comes to Rancho Cordova S&G to resolve and agrees to re-select with his wife on 10/10/17/16- Customer calls and informs me that he is not re-selecting and filing a complaint with Revdex.com

Hello sorry for the delayOur response to this complaint is S&G policy is for any customer to hold a promotional price on any product is a 10% deposit and to hold material for days we require a minimum 50% depositIn this case my sales person explained this and as as the materials were
being sold out we contacted the customer to let them know they can choose any other stock product and I would do my best to match the exsisting price no.matter the quality simce we felt badI did refund their deposit as soon as this came to my attention and just wish I could have been contacted before it got to this pointThank you very much
