The boxes were delivered open and the items inside the boxes were missing.
I gather clothes for poor children enough to fill two boxes to send to República Dominicana and the clothes were stolen.
When I come back to New York I called the company to complain and the customer service made me feel stupid like he didn’t believe that really happened.
Please think twice before using this company.

They took one month and 5 days to deliver my boxes and tank. But most of my items was taken out the boxes and tank. They stated that it is not there responsibly because the boxes and tank check by homeland security. I recommend not to use this company. I just reported to the better business bureau.

Review: I had sent 3 boxes to the dominican republic using fama shipping, they told me my boxes were going to be delivered to my front door a month later and I went to the dominican republic ahead of time so I could be there to receive the boxes but they never came and after calling and speaking to a very rude customer service representative that they have I always got the run around saying that they would deliver my boxes next week, or the week after or the week after and they never delivered my boxes so 3 months later, I decide to go to their offices that they have in the dominican republic and I was met by a very rude security guard with a vicious dog that did not stop barking at me, I explained to him my situation and that I would like to speak to the customer service agent and try to get my boxes delivered to my house and he came back out 5 minutes later and said that the customer service agent did not feel like speaking to me, so after I travelled a very long way by bus to try to retrieve my items I couldn't because the agent didn't FEEL like it, so I was able to figure out that my boxes came to the dominican republic and were there since 3 months ago just sitting in a truck because nobody felt like delivering them, so I had to get a guy with a truck and go pick up the boxes myself and take them to my house personally because fame shipping didn't do what they promised they would do. this company deserves to go out of businessDesired Settlement: for this company to go out of business
