I spoke with Mrs [redacted] on Thursday February 11, The waterproblems they were having before our visit on January 11, have been correctedIgave her years free of our warranty in the interest of good customer relationsWe spokeabout the EZ-Breathe and are going to wait until the weather turns warmer to see if thebasement is better now that the other issues with the system are resolvedI let her knowthat a dehumidifier might help the EZ-Breathe work betterWe also discussed the optiono f removing the unit and refunding the full value of itShe was fine with, everything as ofnow and will call me back in the spring/summer if they want to do anything with the EZBreathe
