While the complaint addresses some of the circumstances that required us taking possession of the vehicle, not all of what is claimed in the complaint is accurate and this was done in order to protect the credit union from additional/future losses. The borrower is welcome at any time to come into the credit union and discuss the circumstances of this loan and the reasons we were forced to take possession and the sell the vehicle. We value each member we serve and will continue to do so in the future.
