Review: The service was agreed that there would be drink tickets accepted until 12:30 yet the bartender seemed to actively avoid the tickets of myself and people around me especially as the time ver neared 12:30. When challenged as to why service was not being provided the agreed service the response was that he did not like my "tone" even after I paid my cover and was told I would be asked to leave if it was not changed... even after being there for only 30 minutes and this being the only bar I went to that night.Desired Settlement: my $20 dollar cover should be returned for the complete rudeness that was given by the staff
Review: I attended the Valentines Day party with friends, and had to leave early to care for a friend who had gotten sick while being served at the bar. At the coat check, I realized I had lost my ticket, it must have fallen out of my purse. I remembered my ticket number, and explained the situation to the attendant. I gave the attendant my coat-check number and a full description of my coat - a long black peacoat with nothing in the pockets, no designer brand.Despite knowing my coat-check number, and having a full description of the coat, she refused to look for my coat, or even confirm that it was still there. I had two options. Stay at Lit until the end of the night - hours while my friend waited sick and freezing in the cold due to a no re-entry policy. Or leave, not only without a coat, but with a threat from the attendant that my coat would be stolen, presumably by her or another person who had found my number on the ground. Or, it would be gone and thrown away by the morning, due to club policy not to hold coats over night. She did not let me leave my name and number with a description, as per "club policy". I had absolutely no assurance about the safety of my coat, was instead threatened by an unhelpful and unapologetic attendant who probably stole my coat at the end of the night.I was understandably upset with the attendant, and talked with both a bouncer and another staff member on hand to try to fix the situation, neither of whom offered any assistant. I left infuriated.Over the last few days, I have called several times with no response. I called several times Sunday, left messages on Monday, and called Tuesday morning. Although I understand why I couldnt get my coat that night, I have absolutely no assurance that my coat is safe, and still cannot get it the days following the situation. I was threatened by the attendant that it would be stolen by morning, was not allowed to leave my contact info, and now cannot contact the club.Desired Settlement: I would like a $300 refund for my expensive, stolen or thrown away Peacoat.
