I reserved a rental and picked it up on 6/12/I was given a car that had just been returned by another customerThe car was washed and a quick review was done for damageI spoke to a rep *** and asked what needed to be done to return the car after hoursHe advised me to park it in the front lot and put the keys in the drop boxHe also advised me that he would call me in the morning if there were any issues with the carI returned the car on 6/15/in the lot after hours and put the keys in the drop boxI took pictures of all sides of the car to show that there was no damageI called Enterprise around am since I had not heard from anyone The rep *** stated that there was a baseball sized dent to the side of the drivers side door and that I would need to make a claim with my insuranceI advised him that I would be coming up to the lot to see the damageI checked my account and noticed that the full amount had been taken, but I had not received a call
