We attempted to have falcon railings install a railing at our residence .the agreement was signed May We were stalled and put off until the of July when material was delivered to our home At that time the install staff advised that mounting brackets were the wrong type for facial mountingThere was not update as to when this job would be doneMy deposit was returned on 2015-07-My projects and time line were severely impacted as a result
