Falcon Railing and Superdeck Inc

Falcon Railing and Superdeck Inc. installed our superdeck, which had to be redone already after 5 month. The new application was faulty again and since April 2013 we complaint. After 3 years we filed at small claims court , after that 4 people from Falcon showed up and promised to fix the whole problem. Again nothing has happened again.

We attempted to have falcon railings install a railing at our residence .the agreement was signed May 20 2015 We were stalled and put off until the 24 of July when material was delivered to our home At that time the install staff advised that mounting brackets were the wrong type for facial mounting. There was not update as to when this job would be done. My deposit was returned on 2015-07-31. My projects and time line were severely impacted as a result .
