Absolutely terrible business They don't email back, and call back at the most inconvenient times They didn't do a walk through of the property with us and the property has A LOT of issues NONE of our maintenance requests have been resolved, and they cancel half of them without any explanation; including one we submitted about the central air being broken (It was degrees in the house at one point.) Impossible to get ahold of unless you go into the office Employees, while friendly, have no idea what they're doing All and all, once the lease is up I will not rent with them again and have warned my friends about renting with them

I have been very impressed with Falcon. I have been living in a Falcon managed home for about a year now. When I first moved in, I was not impressed with Falcon's service. However, they went through some major changes in terms of staff and since then they have addressed my concerns very quickly. From toilet leaks to a leaky water heater to a broken sink fixture--they have jumped on each issue VERY fast. I have also noticed that they shortened the turn around time from getting a estimate(s) to actually making the repair. The changes they have made to taking care of us have offered me a lot of peace of mind and have increased my trust in them. Bravo Falcon!

Falcon properties was the best rental agency that I have had the pleasure to do business with in over 22 years of active duty service. Their customer service is unsurpassed with their friendly staff and always being on the spot to handle anything we needed out of our realty property. Mrs. [redacted] is literally the greatest realtor ever, she handled all of our needs with a smile and was always courteous and professional. I would recommend Falcon properties to any of my friends, family or Soldiers, they are truly top notch.

Impossible to get ahold of unless you go into the office. Employees, while friendly, have no idea what they're doing. All and all, once the lease is up I will not rent with them again and have warned my friends about renting with them.
