Mr. Jarrod S describes himself as a construction professional with 20 years of experience in plumbing, electrical, structural, and HVAC services. I hired Jarrod to completely redo plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural work and things started off fine for about two weeks. After Jarrod completed the work, we brought up our intent to get work inspected to ensure it was up to building code. Ultimately, the inspections failed miserably and we asked Jarrod to fix all of the items he had not properly done. After about a week of ensuring us he would fix it, Jarrod decided to send a long email about not being able to perform work if there was a permit because he was an unlicensed contractor. However, Jarrod continues to provide quotes under multiple fictitious names such as "***" and "Falcon Heating and Air." After confronting Jarrod, he will not respond, provide a refund for the thousands of dollars we've paid him, or offer some form of remedy. To every consumer out there considering the low bid, DO NOT TAKE IT FROM HIM. He will scam you, take your money with excuses such as "If you buy the equipment now, you can avoid industry price increases that start at the beginning of the month" To date, Jarrod has been paid over $7,000 in checks written personally to him and his fake companies. Luckily one transaction totaling $2,400 was paid with a credit card and can be recovered, but the others are lost for good.
