I am rejecting this response because: I never recieved a delivery from [redacted]. I sent emails and have been calling because I check the mail everyday. My mailbox is secure so if a package was sent then I would have definetly have gotten it and never go through all this headache. The only package I recieved was the initial order which I sent back at a [redacted] location.
