Faithfulness Cleaning

Review: I requested a detailed cleaning. After walking through the house I was quoted $250 for a "deep" clean. Although I thought the price seemed high, I agreed. Upon the cleaning team's completion, the first thing I noticed was the base boards were not wiped down. When I brought it to the leader's attention she said only paint would get the spots out. The next day I went behind them and wiped down the baseboards, walls, and countertops. I discovered that they had done very little detailed cleaning but charged me for a "deep" cleaning.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a percentage of my payment returned due to lack of service.
