The complaint did in fact come back for fixes and also received additional services at no-charge for he inconvenience on Monday, September 18, 2014 approximately 4:00 pm.  During the re-visit, the nails service was changed, even though policy on door stated that we can only fix (re-do) not alternate.  For example, we can only fix your French white tip for the parties, but cannot change it to a  'colour' post parties due to nail chip instance.
