In March took my CLS to this automotive shop to fix my left head light I was told by glen that they found the piece for my light at audio jam for since then I had to return the vehicle for the same issue additional times one time I was told they used an after market piece that almost caused an electrical fire under my hood then today September 1st I'm told that I need to go to audio jam and aak for lewis because fair winds automotive is their customer and that they can't keep fixing my light for free when it was never fixed correctly the first time
Review: My complaint concerns are two-fold, I took my car to this facility back in May of this year (2014). This was for evaluation of engine not functioning properly due to another repair facility located in Bel air, Maryland. My car has now been Fairwinds possession for five months and they are no closer to giving an answer on if they can repair or not. They have danced around my phone calls, and my visits to the facility have resulted in lies. This not to mention the fuel and toll cost associated with each visit (total of 3) so far. My car has received a great amount of damage to the exterior while under their watch care and I am very displeased with this. I continue to be lied to by the owner ([redacted]) as to what is his intent and will his repairs be sucessful and how long is this going to take. At this point I need help and guidance on what to do, your assistance is/will be greatly welcomed and appreicated in this matter. Im considering a lawyer at this point but wanted to check with your agency first. ThanksDesired Settlement: I would like my vehicle repaired to it fullest capability and that the owner deduct from the final cost of repairs by allowing only the charge for parts. The labor I feel should not be an issue since he has not responsed in a timely manner as a business and damages my vehicle have incurred while in his care. I would like an itemized list of all parts ordered and old parts presented to me upon settlement.
