This guy is so cheap and I'm so disappointed he didn't spend a little more to make sure the people buying his houses aren't left screwed. Please DO NOT use this "business". He steals money from his own family, lies, and then just disappears. He is a complete con man. Awful experience and a lot of heartache. What a sad person who makes his living this way, disgusting!
