Review: At least twice over the past 2-3 months, as of August 12, 2014, I filed a work service request order with the managers of Treetop Apartments in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. One of them is an older lady in her 40s or 50s and the other is [redacted], in her 20s or so.I was told at least 2-3 weeks ago I'd receive a phone call from the work repair crew, but never received a call. My linoleum kitchen floor is peeling and has several black 'pock marks' on them from the previous tenant's abuse, possibly due to cigar parties he was known to have had. I have also requested that my bathroom floor be replaced and I have never received any calls from anyone on that matter either, despite the fact the apartment managers have had my phone numbers for at least two or three months. I also asked for the dryers in the building my apartment is located, but it's on the second floor, to be repaired and during the past 2-3 months or more. They have not been in satisfactory working order. One is facing Apartment #[redacted] and is on the right. The other one is opposite the room closer to Apartment #[redacted] and is on the left. Neither dryer works properly, the clothes are often wet or extremely damp and do not work nearly as well as the other dryers.Desired Settlement: I have required for several weeks and months that the kitchen floor be replaced and the dryers be fixed or replaced. Neither have been done to a reasonable person's satisfaction or my satisfaction. I simply ask that these mangers @ Treetop Apartments do their job in a quicker manner - or any manner - than they have. Thank you.

Response:
To whom it may concern,
In regards to the concerns filed by [redacted], contrary
to what was written, the staff at Treetop apartments has been responsive in
handling all of his work orders. The linoleum in [redacted]’s home was peeling in
one spot and had a few pock marks in it. [redacted] accepted the home in that
condition with the prior management company when he moved in and even signed
off on a unit condition report that stated he accepted the home with those
minor issues. When FPI Management took over the management of Treetop
apartments, [redacted] brought the linoleum problems to the attention of management.
Management sent the maintenance supervisor to inspect the unit and noted that
the linoleum was not in horrible condition but could use attention fixing the
small rip in the floor. The staff in the office then contacted [redacted] letting him know that we
would be happy to fix the rip in the linoleum that was in the back of the
closet but the two or three small pock marks did not warrant replacing all of
the flooring. Especially considering the fact that it was noted at move in and
that he would not be charged for those marks upon move out. The staff let [redacted]
know that we would have to schedule the repair with our flooring company and
would call him with the date they could come out. [redacted] was fine with this and
asked that he be present when the repair was done. We scheduled it with the
company and with [redacted] for a day that would work for him. The morning that the
repair was scheduled [redacted] called and canceled. He told us he did not want
anyone to come into his home that day and would let us know when we could reschedule.
We then waited for [redacted] to call us with his schedule to complete the repair.
When he eventually got back to us, we had his flooring repaired.
[redacted] has been putting in many work requests for the dryers
in his building to be repaired. Every time he has put one in, the maintenance
staff at Treetop has gone within 24hrs and looked at the dryers. They have
determined every time that nothing was wrong with the dryers. The office and maintenance staff even contacted other residents asking them if they have had any similar issues and
everyone reported that they work fine for them. Every time [redacted] has said the
dryers have had problems, the office has reimbursed him all his money.
If you need anymore information regarding this situation, please feel free to contact the Treetop office.
Thank you,
Treetop Management

Revdex.com,
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
The dryers opposite Apt. [redacted] to the left-hand side are still not working to full satisfaction, especially the one to the left on the left hand side room. Please fix.
