Complaint ID # # *** I have spoken to my salesperson Josh D*** regarding the sale of the Acura MDX to the *** family many times and we both have said that we have done everything we agreed upon at the time of the sale. The Dealerships offer still stands that if the customer

I am rejecting this response because:Asking Josh if he fulfilled all pre-sale promises is pointless because Josh has clearly demonstrated a lack of integrity as shown by the example provided about lying about the entertainment system remote. I will be pursuing legal action and doing everything in my power to make sure that your reputation is dragged down to the same level as the dishonest business practice that you run.
