On July we spoke with Ms*** to let her know she would be the first appointment on our technician's schedule for Wednesday morning, July Our technician met with Ms*** and ran standard troubleshooting tests on her gate operatorThe operator itself is fine, however, it was determined
the "trickle charger" was defectiveThis meant the operator was opening and closing with battery power only resulting in the battery being drained. Our technician replaced the "trickle charger" and the operator started working correctly
Our technician explained to Ms*** that we weren't ignoring her, simply put, we were extremely behindMs*** told the technician she was now happy with the operator and she was going to withdraw her complaint with the Revdex.com
