I am rejecting this response because: In their response, the business said they sent several emails and that I did not respond That is NOT true I did not receive a single email from them, and I called them separate times and left messages They did not return a single phone call until the Revdex.com contacted them I received a phone call about a week ago and got an apology, but no explanation as to why they didn't call me to tell me the credit information was rejected I would have been able to recheck my order
