Fairlawn Court Community Association

Our Association is charging us a total or 535$ (385$ in Association fees/ 100$ in late fees/ and a 50$ October fee). The association bill each month is 50$ which we pay every single month on time (due the 1st of every month). We have tried to reach out to the board to dispute the charges and there is no name or phone number to speak with anyone. Their Email address never replies and when they did the only time they sent us to a guy named Terri F who I guess they source this out to. We emailed him numerous times asking if we could have a number of someone we could speak with and he refuses to give us one. The chart he sent with all the charges makes no sense what so ever and when I ask him or the Association to go over it with me they do not respond back. We get letters every couple months with the charges and no contact names or numbers are on it and they will not give us one. We have sent over 25 emails in the last couple months with no luck of them cooperating. We feel like this is harassment and are extremely frustrated.
