Fairholm National Historic Inn

Made a reservation for a booking in Jan 20, 2019 for Aug 27th-31 through ***. Fairholm's booking policy is to charge $100 per night deposit which they charge my credit card $400 on Jan 24th.. Cancelled the reservation around late March. As per their cancellation policy, I should get $375 back. I have spend around 1.5 months with *** trying to get my deposit but nothing has happened. *** claims that they can't get a hold of Fairholm. I phoned Fairholm directly on May 22nd and followed up with an email on May 23rd. As of date I still haven't received any communication from Fairholm and have checked my credit and no refund has been issued.
