Complaint # [redacted] filed on 12/24/2017I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but our store policy is all sales are final and it states on the receiptOn this occasion, we are more than happy to work with the gentleman and issue him store credit for the amount, only if the product is not used or open boxI spoke with the employee that handled the transaction, this was her statement:Gentleman came in asking for [redacted] ***, at the time the store didn't have the product in stockWe informed the gentleman the kit will be transferred from another location so he doesn't have to make the commuteThe gentleman came in the following day, because we didn't transfer the kit in time, the gentleman bought two batteries, one tank and stated he will order the rest onlineWe tried to get contact information from the gentleman so we can notify him when the kit would be transferred, he didn't leave any way to contact himThe kit was transferred over for the gentleman, and was put on reserve for daysGentleman never came back in to make the purchaseWe still have the device available for him he can pick it up anytime-- [redacted] Marketing Supervisor
