-recently moved to Laurel address as renters, Landlord used Mercedes R as their realtor to finalize the renting process
-R*** was consistently difficult to contact via email and phone when applying for rental location
-R*** was not available to give the keys to the location on the date assigned in the lease agreement
-R*** has not removed the Realty sign and lockbox from the property, even though our lease agreement states we assume the property as of April 1, 2019- 17 days and this is unacceptable.
