I am rejecting this response because:I had a good conversation with Kirolos at KIA They have added additional management oversight to ensure this is not a recurring problem and agreed to cover the costs of our car service at 90,miles (in addition to the refund) I just wanted to document this All they need to do is confirm this and I will approve our acceptance of the resolution

I am rejecting this response because this is a bold face lie as I in fact repeatedly the manager Tom Z*** stated it was not his decision but in fact the OWNER'S decision and that his offer of double the money back would be his only offer and his hands were tied as he worked for the OWNERI even have a voicemail and recorded conversatIon to dispute thisAfter multiple complaints they did however refund the money that was entitled toI would highly recommend anyone who is interested in purchasing a new Kia or used car you stay far away from this shady dealer.
