Fairburn Townhomes

On Jan 26 I submitted application to fairburn townhomes for a 2 bedroom apartment the lady name Kim explained the rental requirements she read the income paper work of the applicants 2 people took photo copies of everything Monday the Jan 29th she calls me back and says she can't approve me because 1 person doesn't have enough income she read the income letters which is disability and took copies of them if 1 applicant didn't have enough income to meet the requirements she should have stop and not accepted any application fee or applications and Kim should not have accept any money I want a refund of my $80 dollars that's not right
