Fair Oaks Coffee House & Deli

Review: I went into their establishment and ordered 2 sandwiches. They are advertised as $5.95 to build your own with the listed amount for items that would be additional. Listed under their menu with the price for the sandwich is chicken breast. It was ordered as the meat for one of the sandwiches. No information or additional signage stated that the meat of chicken breast would be an additional cost. The staff also did not state that at the time when I paid for the sandwiches. While waiting I looked over the receipt to find that I was charged an additional $1.25 plus tax on the sandwich which had chicken breast. I asked the staff why they charged me for the meat as it is part of the sandwich and they stated that they have additional costs and so it costs more. I asked about why there was no sign or why they did not inform me when I ordered. She said that only the owner could make that decision and she had brought it up but he dismissed it. She stated that was what it was and there was nothing anything the staff could to do fix the issue.Desired Settlement: I would like the refund of the over charge for the chicken breast as they never informed me of an additional charge. I also want them to have clear signs for price as I am sure I am not the only customer that they have charged for products that they show as included in a price.
