From: [redacted] Sent: Tuesday, April 10, 2:PM To: [redacted] Subject: [SPAM?] Respond to a Complaint Form **COMPANYNAME [redacted] Complaint ID#: [redacted] Company Name: Fahrenheit Mechanical Services Inc Company Contact Name: Michael C [redacted] Company Contact Phone: [redacted] Company Contact Email: [redacted] Consumer's Name: [redacted] Revdex.com Staff Member (if you know): CT Complaint Information: We have tried contacting the person on the letter we've received left message without response - we are contacting a board member there to discuss issues We installed the system in January - and have responded to service calls however the last time we were on site October it was evident that either another contractor or their own maintenance personnel had been tampering with the boiler and had water spillage all over the boilers main board causing damage - also there were parts that we had installed that were an integral part to the boiler system which had been removed from the boilerAt that time we told them that because others had tampered with the boiler we did not want to get involved anymoreIt is hard to try and resolve issues that they themselves createAlso as part of their installation and the contract they signed we clearly state that these boilers, per manufacture, need to be properly maintainedIn years we have no evidence that a maintenance by a Connecticut Contracted License [redacted] Authorized Dealer had been completed These are the exact words on the contract they signed: Warranty: 1) One year 100% warranty on installation, labor and materials from date of start-upDoes not include equipment that has been subjected to negligence, accident, or has been misused or improperly maintainedWe recommend that you maintain your system with yearly cleanings, please call to schedule 2) Warranty as per manufacturer for parts after one-year period is over(Labor not included after first year warranty.) We will continue in trying and contacting this customer however we can not take responsibility for damage they may have cause to this boiler The letter we received in our office on Thursday April dated April was the first time we received notification from Revdex.com although Revdex.com's letter says the complaint was submitted on Feb 22, Thank you
