our hope to offer our customers an exceptional experience.In regards to the customer support we would like to apologize if the representative handled the calls in poor manner. We are always trying to improve on our customer service relations as we work with new people. Mr. [redacted]s address was updated in the system to match the address on the above complaint. We are hopeful that he will indeed receive the product he had ordered. Finally, we would like to clarify the confusion in regards to the business names which were listed on his bank records. We use several different fulfillment companies in order to ensure the product is delivered in the most efficient manner possible. Sometimes we may have to use more than one fulfillment house dependent on our inventory at the time. We in no way mean this to confuse our customers, we are only trying to have the product delivered in the most time and cost efficient manner within our control.Again, we do apologize for the inconvenience and it is always our goal to exceed the expectations of our customers. Thank you,Beard Czar Customer Service
