Technician service is great, however sales and customer service are bad. Be careful when reading their proposal, as they will be deceitful in their offer. Initial service charge should be $99, but they will inflate it to 149 if you present a coupon or one of their marketing emails.
Deb R. will be overly apologetic while passing the blame to prior employees or contract term omissions and the general manager, Kyle V. will not own up to any mistakes in their written proposal and instead of trying to keep an existing customer, he would rather write you off by email instead of negotiating a deal to continue the business.
There is great competition in the pest control industry, and a little reading of the fine print can save you money.
Mr., you originally signed up for our service in 2016 when our initial price was $99, you kept our service for 2 years and cancelled without paying your last service invoice of $120. We reached out to you several times via phone, email and letters with no response. We eventually had to credit of the amount owed to us after 4 months of collection efforts. That was in March of 2019.
In April of 2020 you reached back out to us to restart service. Our Initial service pricing has changed over the past 4 years and our new minimum cost to start service is $149 not $99. I decided to forgive the debt owed to us and give you the benefit of the doubt for a future relationship.
However, you not only wanted the $120 debt forgiven but you also wanted to use a $50 coupon and a 5% discount for paying for the service a year in advance. We only offer one discount at a time, we do not allow "double dipping" on offers.
I am sorry you do not agree with our policies but we are a 3rd generation family owned business that has been serving Manatee, Sarasota and Charlotte counties since 1943; we have a great reputation that we work very hard for. That being said we are not the right fit for everyone.

It was good to finally get a response from Kyle, but a dissatisfied customer has an obligation to share a bad experience with at least 10 other prospects. This is what Mr. would have expected. God rest his ironically bug-ridden corpse!
Please note that their last service was fraudulent. The legacy Fahey contracts had no auto-renew clause, so they violated several rules of law by saying they provided a service and then trying to bill me. I would have looked forward to litigating any claim if they were turly reputable.
