cushions; however, we replaced the cushion cores of your sofa and loveseat and unfortunately this did not apparently solve the problem.  We have sold [redacted] Furniture's product for over 20 years and this problem is something that has never occurred before.  Therefore, [redacted] Furniture has informed us that they will not issue a replacement for this reason.
