Review: 2013. A company representative contacted me 3 years ago and I foolishly gave them a credit card number. I later (1 day) regretted the decision. I went through their process to end the agreement. I was told all sales are final. I wrote them to ask them to end the agreement and posted a complaint to [redacted] but since the "service" was potentially provided, I could not be refunded.
2016 I found a charge for a "yearly renewal" from faculty row on my [redacted]---I have called and received no answer. This verges on theft, others need to know and I need to be able to retrieve my card number and funds!Desired Settlement: I would like this company to refund the 99 dollars from my AE that they charged.
Faculty Row has been an extremely useful resource in building my online presence and connecting me academics globally. Overall, it is a useful site with excellent customer service.
Review: This company first charged (with permission) for online networking service; however, after I canceled the service, they continued to bill repeatedly. Even after being asked to remove me and all information regarding my credit card from their system, they continue to rebill the same amount over and over again, requiring me to constantly scan my credit card reports, and challenge the amount.Desired Settlement: I would like ALL my information--but most especially my credit card information--removed permanently from whatever systems or billing processes this company uses. If future charges appear, I would like to request punitive damages in the same amount as the charge (that is, they will pay me the amount they attempt to charge) for the time and trouble it is taking to monitor charges.
