Told 1 day repair and turn around- took 5 days. Could never get anyone to answer my calls- tried about 10 times, poor customer service and packaging
Order 3420 on 4/14/18. I sent my touch screen in for repair on 4/16, arrived 4/17- confirmation from company. Told me 1 day turn around but then never heard from them. I contacted 4/19 and was told it's getting tested still, will be shipped out that day and I will receive by 4/21- never happened. Late 4/21 I emailed them, response at 6:30am on 4/22 saying its "uncharacteristic " and it will be shipped that day, I will have by 4/23. Never arrived until 4/24. It can in the original box I shipped it to them in with a plastic bag wadded up over the screen- no protective packaging whatsoever- even less than what I shipped it to them with while it was broken! I tried to call them about 10 times during the week as I was concerned, I left messages as well- never got a call back, nobody ever answered. I sent many emails- only received a response at about 6:30am every 2-3 days. This is terrible customer service and is fraud to advertise a 1 day turn around but yet take 5 days while my car is torn apart waiting for this. I would have gone elsewhere.
Better customer service, no fraudulent advertising, refund
Customer was well informed we were short staffed during the time his repair service was received. The repair was completed in a timely manner and returned undamaged. We can not provide special accomodations for one customer if we are short staffed. All advertised repair service times are accurate and are done first come first served. This was an abnormal occurance and steps have been taken to prevent future occurances.

Company is lying about informing me of being short staffed- first I have heard of this. I have all my emails to and from them to prove it. Their website as well as their emails to me state 1 day turn around- this is completely unacceptable and fraudulent. Obviously if you have taken steps to prevent this in the future- you are admitting there was a problem with how you handled my order. I have no reason to lie about this or hide anything- just expect to get what I paid for- a 1 day repair as advertised and better customer service. Would strongly recommend for all customers reading this to avoid using this company- there are other companies out there that hopefully will not treat you poorly and then lie about it to cover it up.

Paid 189.99 replacement screen for my radio .called.emailed and left messages .no callback .talked to them 3 times .told it was sent.not yet
Order 3224 .march 9 .paid .not been sent as I was told 3 times promised tracking info .not been sent .replacement screen for 2014 f350 lariet.no call or emails have been sent .as they told me
Please get me my screen replacement
