My husband and I purchased over $*** in furniture from ***. It's been 3 months and we have still not been delivered all pieces that can be assembled correctly. We dealt with a store employee canceling our order without authorization, refunding the wrong credit cards for the order, being recharged for the order at a more expensive rate when the order was replaced, lack of delivery on items that were supposed to be delivered, and have had 3 desks attempted to be delivered to us that can't be assembled due to production issues. When trying to contact the store regarding the issues no one calls back but just reorders items to be sent back out. At this point we wanted to just receive a refund for a desk we've attempted to get right 3 times. The employees offer no compensation when we call to discuss our issues, and insist that after everything they need to pick up the desk we do have that my husband drilled into himself to assemble in order to be reimbursed for it. With how much we've ordered and with how many issues we have had this desk should just be refunded to us and we should be allowed to keep it as the only way it's functional is due to how we put it together. I'm so disgusted with this store that I'll never order from this company again. We've been delivered not one piece of furniture that didn't have to go back for some issue, or that were just living with because we don't want to deal with returns. Our kitchen table for example won't lock the sleeves in to the locks it has because the pieces don't fit right together but because of all the problems we've had, and how long it's taken each and every time to get a replacement, we've decided to just deal with it. I would highly advise going to *** or another store and paying a little more for quality service and quality furniture.

I ordered a sofa *** with an estimated delivery of ***. I paid cash for the sofa and a $*** delivery fee. When the sofa came in they set a delivery for *** between 3:00 and 6:00. They came on time and when they started to take the sofa out of the delivery truck,they noticed a foot on the sofa was broken. They took the sofa back and told me to call Furniture Mart and talk to the salesperson who handled the transaction. She referred me to customer service and I was told it would take a couple weeks to get another. I told the rep I didn't want to wait 2 more weeks and would like a refund. I was then transferred back to the store and talked to *** who told me they would refund me my purchase price less the delivery fee of $***. I said 'you didn't deliver anything? and was told that is the store policy. I don't feel I should be held responsible for the fact they tried to deliver a defective piece of furniture. The delivery person *** apologized and told me their warehouse frequently sends out broken pieces. I later received a call from a *** phone #, saying they could repair it and redeliver next week. I told him I had already asked for a refund and he apologized and said normally they remove the feet and attach them when they deliver. I also had to rework my work schedule to be home when THEY would be in my area. When I spent over $*** at their business I felt I should need to change my schedule to accommodate them. Not very good customer service, particularly when I waited 3 weeks for delivery
