My daughter bought an [redacted] ** She realized shortly after purchase that the speaker for the phone didn't work - she couldn't hear people calling her She had to use earbuds or speaker to use the phone Also the battery is ridiculous Goes from 60% to 20% in a few minutes When she plugs it in, it jumps back up to 60% right away She took the phone in and it was sent for repair and she waited for a month to be repaired When she finally got it back, it was fine for weeks and now the same problems have resurfaced Ridiculous
I purchased $worth of tablets and covers The first visit, I waited for nearly mins while the employee was breaking down boxes An older lady stood directly in front of him as he passed by with one empty box and he had to serve her I presumed he'd serve me next but went back to breaking down his boxes I was now the only other customer in the store I finally had the girl at the front desk go and tell him there was a customer waiting, something he already knew He finally arrived I purchased tablets I asked for tablet covers, he gave me the only 7" covers they sold When I arrived home, I put the tablets in and they immediately fell out The small elastics in the corners were useless, the cover did not work at all I returned to the store, where the front desk lady tried the covers and clearly they just didn't work She couldn't make the elastic stay and then finally made it work, held up the tablet and it slipped right out She called the lady manager (famous from other reviews) who said 'I'm pretty busy right now" but came over begrudgingly She was [redacted] and [redacted] , gave me a store credit I understand things go wrong, but to sell something that clearly doesn't work from the shelf, and can never work, and then not offer a refund? I was treated like an annoyance twice, am I really going to go back to spend my store credit to be treated like an annoyance a third time? No, not at all I have never shopped at factory direct before and will not again, the poor reviews for the Brantford location are all well deserved

I submitted a deposit on 9/15/for $for a vehicle The next day, I decided on another vehicle and called to inform them of this
I submitted a deposit on 9/15/for $for a vehicle The next day, I decided on another vehicle and called to inform them of this and to make my first refund request After waiting a month and still not seeing the deposit returned, I began phoning their office and making requests Each time I was told the ONLY person who can provide refunds is not in the office I have now called on a total of different days, and each time that person is "mysteriously" not in the office Please help me to receive my deposit, thank you!
The staff are discourteous negative and have a general disdain for the customerthe customer is made to feel like the enemythe staff spends more energy being combative and argumentativeWithout the customer there's no JOB People should feel good about shopping at Factory Direct not treading the experience!

I had the worst experience of all time associated with customer service with a staff member at Factory Direct Mississauga Dundas location. This individual should not be employed for her conduct and lack of customer service experience.
I recently had an issue with a television I purchased form the Davis Drive location in Newmarket, Ontario. After getting past a few firewalls, I was able to speak with the Distric Manager Marlin who was very pleasant and quick to help me resolve the issue I was having. The customer service I experienced was far beyond average and for that I will continue to shop at factory direct with friends and family.
I purchased $280 worth of tablets and 2 covers. The first visit, I waited for nearly 20 mins while the employee was breaking down boxes. An older lady stood directly in front of him as he passed by with one empty box and he had to serve her. I presumed he'd serve me next but went back to breaking down his boxes. I was now the only other customer in the store. I finally had the girl at the front desk go and tell him there was a customer waiting, something he already knew. He finally arrived. I purchased 2 tablets. I asked for tablet covers, he gave me the only 7" covers they sold. When I arrived home, I put the tablets in and they immediately fell out. The small elastics in the corners were useless, the cover did not work at all. I returned to the store, where the front desk lady tried the covers and clearly they just didn't work. She couldn't make the elastic stay and then finally made it work, held up the tablet and it slipped right out. She called the lady manager (famous from other reviews) who said 'I'm pretty busy right now" but came over begrudgingly. She was [redacted] and [redacted], gave me a store credit. I understand things go wrong, but to sell something that clearly doesn't work from the shelf, and can never work, and then not offer a refund?
