Factory Direct Walk In Bathtubs

The salesman who came to my residence today was rude!! When asked to give us a price quote for the total cost including installation of the walk in tub to be submitted to the Veterans Administration, he got upset and said that the company does not give quotes and he did not have paperwork for such. I then asked him to fill out the paperwork that the VA gave us, he got even more irrate, packed up his things and again said the company does not deal with veterans because it takes too long to get a response, or there is no response at all and he walked out!!
