Review: I purchased a building from them 3 weeks ago. $9,000 they said they needed $4,000 up front which they received and have cashed my check.They were scheduled to put the building up this morning 6-25-2015. Yesterday I called them 5 times no answer ask them to call me back to discuss what time they would be arriving. no return call and will not answer their phone. They have not showed up to install my building they will not return my calls and their phone goes straight to voicemail. I'm very concerned at this point. This is not how you treat customers and I'm very concerned that they have taken my money. I scheduled today because it is my day off, they have had 3 weeks to prepare for this. I do not feel good about this at all and would like someone to investigate this further. I hope this is posted also to warn others about the way they are conducting business.Desired Settlement: they need to contact me..

Review: I purchased a 20x21 carport garage. The spring on the roll up door broke in half theres a 15 year warrenty on there buildings.I called and was told the original people aren't using Factory Direct anymore they had problems with them and was given their phone number. I called and was told I need to speak to a women named [redacted] who wasn't there and wasn't there for over a week and she was the only one I could talk to. Then I call and I'm told, well I don't think she will be able to find the paper work from 2004 I told her ill fax it to you I've got the receipts the building cost me 3145.00 and purchased another one in 2002 which isn't closed in for 960.17. Finally, I told her look I just want it fixed weather your going to cover it or not and I got I'll have to look into it. Really This is just plain dumb I can't open the door to get in there yah I've got a walk throw door but my motorcycle is in there and it doesn't fit through the door.
