WRONG SIZE COVER SENT -- 9 Months Later Nothing Done to Resolve The Issue
I Ordered a Hot Tub Cover from this company in July of 2022 and one arrived within 60 days. It was Too Short - and Too Narrow not even close to the dimensions ordered and was not the same thickness as discussed to replace my existing specs. I've been promised over and over in countless phone calls and texts back and forth with this company. That it was an error at the manufacturer on the order specs and the replacement was in process. At this point it is apparent that there is NO Intention of correcting this and sending a correct size cover for my hot tub.
I cannot recommend this company at this point due to all of the faith and patients I granted them in coming thru on their word and fixing the situation.
Here's 10 Months of Back and Forth Communication that has gone no where.

* Friday July 8th 2022 Original Order Placed for Hot Tub Cover wit Chris Cardenas of Factory Direct Spas of Branford, CT 06405
* 9-13-2022 Incorrect Size Hot Tub Cover Arrived September 13th 2022 via Yellow Freight.
* 9-27-2022 Communication to Chris Cardenas and Photo's of the Hot Tub Cover that arrived being too short and too narrow as if the completely wrong cover was shipped to us from Factory Direct Spas via the Manufacturer Prestige Spa Covers of Pinellas Park, Florida 33782. *(Attached PDF's of Text Communications with Chris Cardenas * Sent the photos and with measuring tape showing him the incorrect size of one shipped this was all due to an actual voice conversation with Chris Cardenas' one of the very few actual phone conversations with Chris.
* 9-29-2022 Chris Text Message back saying he has everything he needs to order the correct replacement size via a text message Unfortunately due to the hurricane in Florida the manufacturer is temporarily closed and no one to accept the re-order today. September 29th 2022 Quote from Chris " Nope that's everything needed Unfortunately though the manufacturer is closed due to being hit by the hurricane but I am hoping to hear something soon"
* 10-6-2022 Text message replies that Chris Cardenas sent everything over to them before for the reorder before he left town and he was in New York City and that I should text him tomorrow afternoon for a response.
* 10-7-2022 Checked with him Friday October 7th 2022 He responded Saturday October 8th -
"Hey Jeff Everything was sent over they are processing new one ? "
* 10-20-2022 I sent a text to Chris asking for a ETA and Estimated Ship Date for the Correct Size Hot Tub Cover. --- NO RESPONSE FROM CHRIS
* 10-24-202 Sent another text to Chris asking for a update and status of manufacturing and shipping of replacement hot tub cover.
* 10-25-2022 Chris Response Quote " Hey Jeff Gunna Shoot them and email right now "
* 11-9-2022 Send a Text Message to Chris asking for another update NO RESPONSE
* 11-10-2022 My Text Let me know would enjoy a ETA

Chris C. " Okay let me do some calling around quick, I had thought the last time I talked to them they told me it was like a day out for delivery ? " My reply " Okay - Thank you "
* December 15th 2022 - My text" Anything back on tracking ? Is it yellow freight ? Only my wifes Amazon orders this week so far" - No response from Chris.
THIS goes on almost weekly thru June 2023 Just not able to share all here
