Factory Direct Flooring

Review: I purchased linoleum tiles from this business and had them install the tiles in my kitchen on April 16th 2014. I paid up front on my credit card. They arrived a week later to install the flooring. After they left I began to find tiles that were not glued down, cut uneven, and the border of the floor is nut flush with the wall. I attempted to contact the owner and after a week of trying to contact him, I was finally able to speak to him. He assured me that he has professionals doing the work and it cant be that bad. I have taken many photos and have shown them to other professionals who agree it was done poorly. The owner finally agreed to have the floor re-done on May 1st at 11am. I waited for them to arrive until 1pm. When I called to find out why they were not at my house, I was told they were at another job that was taking longer but would be to my house by 3pm. They never showed up and I have not been able to contact them. I am trying to sell my house and this is preventing me from moving forward. Please help.
